Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sungletter (https://sungletter.com), operated by GOATX Intermediações Ltda., a Brazilian single-member limited liability company (sociedade limitada unipessoal) (Avenida Paulista, 1471, Sala 1110, Bela Vista, São Paulo, SP, 01311-927, Brazil) ("Sungletter", "we", "us"). By creating a story, generating a song, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

What we sell

Sungletter turns a story you tell us into a personalized song: lyrics and a vocal/instrumental recording. Songs are produced with the help of AI music- and lyric-generation tools, guided by the details you provide (names, occasion, relationship, and the story itself). We disclose this so you know how your song comes to exist — nothing about the final track is deceptive or claims to be a human performance unless we say so.

Digital delivery

A song is a digital product. Delivery happens the moment your full version becomes available in your account and by email — there is no physical shipment and no shipping address is collected. Because delivery is instant and irreversible once you have listened to and downloaded the full track, our 30-day happiness guarantee (not a blanket "all sales final" policy) governs refunds instead of a standard consumer returns process.

Your story and the recipient

You confirm that any names, relationship details, or personal information you give us are yours to share, and that you are not using Sungletter to harass, impersonate, defame, or embarrass anyone. We reserve the right to decline or remove content that violates this, our content moderation rules, or applicable law.

Revisions

Each song includes a limited number of free revisions (shown at the time of purchase). Additional changes beyond that may require a new song.

Song Club and the music video add-on

Song Club is a recurring monthly membership: $9.99, charged the day you join and again on the same date every month, until you cancel. It includes 1 song credit every month (unused credits roll over for up to 3 months, then expire), member pricing on extra songs ($22, or the regular price if that is lower) and the music video add-on ($12 instead of $19), and priority rendering. You can cancel at any time, in one tap, from your account page — effective at the end of the current billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation; cancelling never affects a song or video you already received.

The music video is a one-time add-on ($19, or $12 for an active Song Club member), charged once to the card saved at your original purchase. Both offers show the exact price, cadence, card, and cancellation terms on the offer screen itself, immediately before you confirm — this section is a summary, not a substitute for that screen.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under a descriptor that includes SUNGLETTER.

Intellectual property

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and post the song we deliver to you (including on social media). We retain the underlying generation technology and templates. You are responsible for the accuracy of the story you provide.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOATX Intermediações Ltda. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sungletter. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with venue in the courts of the Comarca of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
